Stacey has a wide range of international experiences in the wine industry. Beginning her career with a world-renowned wine writer in Canada, she learned the art of tasting wines. Passionate to learn, she took her Sommelier course while applying her knowledge at a variety of corporate and social events. With a new appreciation of wine regions of the world and what they have to offer, she decided to research this more in-depth.
She spent over a year in Hungary exploring the diverse regions of this ancient wine producing country. With her desire to share her experiences about the unique tastes and culture of Hungary, she started a book on the wines and wine regions of Hungary and food and wine pairing.
Now in the States, completing her WSET Diploma and will continue through to her Masters.
She just has a passion for wine and food.
